Hello, Metacomet Families. I wanted to let you know that we do not allow cells phones in our school. Students have been found looking up inappropriate web sites and showing other students. The school has phones in all rooms for emergencies. Air Tags can be used to track student locations instead of cell phones.
Good evening, Metacomet Families. All went well here at Metacomet today. The police did patrolled our school grounds a few times . Each day, we will check doors so they are locked and report all suspicious activity. We will do everything we can to make sure your children are safe in our school.
We are rockin' and rollin' this school year! Grade 4 is having fun going through their first lesson on guitars! We are excited about what our kiddos will present to our school community at our next Community Forum, which will be held on Friday, October 25, at 2:00 p.m. in the MES Gymnasium! Add it to your calendars because you don't want to miss this one!
Hello, Parents. I just wanted to give all families an update. We are all safe here at Metacomet. Our door remain locked and our students have stayed inside for recess just as a precaution. All is going well here at Metacomet!
Hello Metacomet families. Our fall fundraiser is in full swing and there’s still time to get involved. Any student selling 25 or more items will get a limo ride to Chuck E. Cheese during the school day. Thank you for your support!
Good morning, parents. I wanted to let all families know that the safety of our students is the most important thing for us. I have and will continue to check to make sure all of our doors are locked. Our students will be staying inside for recess and gym classes. I am told that the police will patrol the area.
